• A review of your student’s portfolio (work samples, reading log, progress notes, and any standardized test results you wish to share)

• Brief student conversation

• Written evaluation letter for your records (PDF)

• Educator will submit paperwork to county on your student's behalf

• All conducted by a qualified evaluator experienced with diverse learning styles and home education

We will need:

• A selection of dated work samples across core subjects

• Reading list/log

• Any progress summaries you’ve kept (checklists, journal notes, photos of projects)

• Optional: assessments or test results
